Exchange, Returns & Refund Policy
EXCHANGE POLICY
In the rare event that you wish to exchange a product, please read our store policy.
- Our exchange policy duration is 7 days. Once the 7 days have passed since your receipt of the order, we unfortunately can’t offer you an exchange. Please understand that the very nature of handloom means that imperfections are inherent in the weaving.
- To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with the original saree folds intact. It must also be in the original packaging.
- To initiate an exchange, please write to us at team@loomsarees.com.au with your complete information: Order details and the reason behind your intention to exchange the product. This should be done within 7 days from the date of receiving the product in order for us to assess, validate, accept or decline an exchange.

Return shipping for an exchange: Once we validate the acceptance of an exchange, kindly ship the product back to the following address: 17 Wantirna Road, Ringwood, VIC 3134, Australia
- You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item to us. Please note that the original shipping costs at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
- If we agree to process an exchange, the cost of shipping, and any import duties, taxes, levies, and payment gateway charges or any currency conversion fees (as may apply to the original order now being exchanged) will be charged to you and will be reflected in the processing of the settlement of the exchange.
- Please note that depending on your country of residence, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- Loom Sarees reserves the right to refuse an exchange if deemed invalid, in which case the relevant reasoning will be provided to you.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
- As the display monitors on each device may vary, the colours you see on your device may vary from our product images due to the varying colour reproduction, brightness, resolution and or the temperature of your individual devices. Should you require more clarity before your purchase, please contact our friendly staff, who are more than happy to assist you with your purchase should you require 'daylight' images. Please note that we will not accept and are unable to process any exchanges due to colour perception concerns.
- Loom Sarees will not be held responsible for any damage that occurs to the saree after purchase due to weather conditions such as snow, rain, exposure to the elements, overuse, stains, incorrect cleaning and care, and other normal wear and tear.
OUR REFUND POLICY
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
As we start processing your order as soon as you pay, we do not encourage any cancellation of orders.
If you wish to discuss further regarding a potential cancellation, please contact us as a matter of urgency at team@loomsarees.com.au, as it will be extremely time sensitive, and once shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible.
