• Please make sure that you have high-speed internet to optimise image quality and visibility.
• In respect to our weavers and our staff, we request that your virtual appointments are attended from one place, and not during transport or travel
• Please browse our online collection prior to your virtual appointment, as we do not have stock that is not listed on our website.
• You can also inform our staff of pieces you are particularly interested in so they may be prepared for your appointment.
